Коллеги! Думаю, что имеет место не совсем удачная попытка перевода и обращения с русским языком. Это всё же товарищ из Канады интересуется. Вероятно, что и "выловить" , а давайте попросим уточнения у заявителя.

Not Kremlin honor guard (FSO, ex-KGB). But the honor guard from Armed Forces.

I find that info on modern Russian awards is extremely difficult to find. I spend hours searching through ministerial decrees in the news sections of the web sites of the different ministries and departments because they don't update their awards pages.
